For the last several weeks, the best athletes in the world gathered in Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games. Their hard work and dedication to their craft was on full display, as they gave all they could to win the gold in their respective sports.

Grit and determination weren’t the only things that filled the air. Taking place in the City of Love, it’s only right that romance had a front-row seat to the experience. From early relationships, like track stars Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield, to seasoned couples, like LeBron James and Savannah James, love was certainly in the air in Paris.

Track and field stars Junelle Bromfield and Noah Lyles brought their two-year romance to the City of Love. Despite running on opposing teams, the dynamic duo never stopped showing their unyielding love and support for each other. Bromfield and Lyles have posted many TikToks throughout their relationship, but they started the Olympics off right with their take on the viral social media trend.

After winning the gold with his team, Stephen Curry was on cloud nine — and there seemed to be one person he wanted to share that special moment with. Breaking away from his team’s pow wow, he ran to his family where the real celebration began. 

The NBA star shared a kiss with his wife, Ayesha, hugged his oldest son, Cannon, and planted a kiss on his newborn son, Cassius, who was born in May.

Athletes often face a lot of scrutiny and pressure. However, when everyone around the world is looking at you, it can become overwhelming. It’s always great to have a smiling face in the crowd cheering you on. For track and field star Sydney McLaughlin Levrone, her husband Andre Levrone Jr. is her biggest supporter. After winning the gold in the women’s 400m hurdles, Sydney ran to her husband who kissed her and put a literal crown on her head in celebration.

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens will always be at the top of the list. From the football field to the gymnastics mat, the newly married pair never miss a moment to show up for each other. In an episode of Biles’ docuseries “Simone vs Herself,” he admitted to never watching gymnastics before meeting her, but simply being in awe of her work ethic.

Now, as her husband, he has taken interest in the game, understanding all of the ins and outs. Fans even spotted the Chicago Bears player sitting in the stands in his Biles T-shirt next to her parents, Ronald and Nellie Biles, double checking her score to ensure that the judges didn’t make any mistakes. The moment instantly became couple goals.

After 20 years of marriage, the love between Lebron and Savannah James still burns brightly. The pair shared an adorable, intimate moment after LeBron won the gold with the USA Men’s Basketball team. Bron gave Savannah multiple kisses as the two smiled from ear to ear. For fans witnessing the moment between the seasoned lovebirds, it seemed as if time stopped for the four-time Olympic medalist because his wife was all he saw.
